Instructions
Combine chopped onions, bread crumbs, ground beef, morocco seasoning, salt, pepper and egg in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Prepare 2 large patties with the mixture and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and spray oil. Cook the patties from both sides until golden brown. It may take 4-5 minutes per side.
Remove the patties from the pan and keep warm.
To prepare the vegetables; place lettuce leaves in a bowl and add two thick slices of onion, tomato, beetroot, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss well.
To assemble the burger, cut the bun in half and place salad leaves at the base of the bun. Then add onion, tomato and beetroot slices.
Top with the beef patty and cover with the other half of the bun.
