Ingredients for serving

  • 2.5 g Minced garlic 0.5 x 1 tsp (0.2 oz)
  • 227.2 g CAMPBELL'S Low Sodium Soups, .. 8 x ounce (oz)
  • 284 g mesclun 0.25 x 1 cup (40 oz)
  • 40 g cooked brown rice 0.25 x cup (5.6 oz)
  • 113.6 g Rotisserie Chicken 4 x ounce (oz)

Instructions

  • Add garlic to chicken broth and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Now add rice and chicken. Continue to heat the mixture for a few more minutes.
  • Divide the mixture evenly between 4 bowls and top each with Mesclun.
  • Serve hot.
