Ingredients for serving

  • 112.5 g Fish, tuna, white, canned in ..
  • 18 g Carrots, raw 0.25 x large (7-1/4" to 8-/1/2" long) (72g)
  • 10 g Onion, red, raw
  • 33 g Egg, white, raw, fresh 1 x large (33g)
  • 1.3 g chopped Garlic
  • 0 g Spices, pepper, black 0.25 x dash (0.1g)
  • 0 g Spices, cinnamon, ground
  • 10 g Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain

Instructions

  • Take a large bowl and mix all the ingredients.
  • You are free to add paprika or chili to the above mixture if you like
  • Make 4 patties from the above mixture
  • Place a baking paper over a non-stick tray
  • Spray low fat cooking oil over the tray
  • Grill all the patties on both sides until they become brown
