  • 125 g Rice, brown, long-grain, raw
  • 118 g Bananas, raw 1 x medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (118g)
  • 100 g Bell pepper (green/yellow/red) 1 x unit (100g)
  • 30 g Parsley, fresh 0.5 x cup chopped (60g)
  • 24 g Lemon juice, raw 0.5 x lemon yields (48g)

Instructions

  • Cook the rice (see package)
  • Chop fruit and vegetables
  • Mix with lemon juice and rice.
