Instructions

Wash and pat tuna with kitchen towel, cut into ¼ inch dice and place in a medium size bowl.

Take another small bowl to combine oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, wasabi, soy sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper.

Pour the spice mixture on the tuna dices; add scallion and jalapeño. Mix all the ingredients.

Peel and cut the avocado in small pieces and mix with tuna mixture.

Add toasted sesame seeds, cover the bowl with foil and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. The tuna will soak the flavors during this time.

To serve – lay crackers on a serving dish and spoon the tuna mixture on them.
