Ingredients for serving

  • 85 g Fish, tuna, light, canned in .. 1 x oz (85g)
  • 50 g Chickpeas (garbanzo beans, ..
  • 30 g Baby Spinach 1 x cup (30g)
  • 10 g Parsley, fresh 1 x sprigs (10g)
  • 1.8 g Spices, oregano, dried 1 x tsp, ground (1.8g)
  • 30.5 g Lemon juice, raw 1 x fl oz (30.5g)
  • 4.5 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 1 x tsp (4.5g)
  • 0.4 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 6.4 g Spices, pepper, black 1 x tbsp (6.4g)

Instructions

  • Cook chickpeas or use canned chickpeas to prepare the salad.
  • Flake the tuna with a fork in a bowl and set aside.
  • Take a serving bowl and combine chopped spinach, cooked chickpeas, flaked tuna, oregano, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil.
  • Toss all the ingredients and serve immediately.
