Instructions

In heavy bottom, oven proof pan heat little olive oil and cook the tenderloin until brown from all sides.

Remove from the pan and season it with all the dry powders, herbs and vinegar.

Coat well with the marinade and pour any remaining oil and juices from the pan.

Preheat the oven to 450 F and bake the tenderloin for 10 to 15 minutes.

Let it stand for 5 minutes inside the oven, then remove and cut into slices.

Serve with roasted vegetables.
