Easy To Make Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients for serving

  • 85 g Pork loin, Tenderloin, trimmed, .. 1 x loin, whole (85g)
  • 3 g Spices, garlic powder 1 x tsp (3.1g)
  • 2 g Spices, onion powder 1 x tsp (2.4g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 6 g Spices, pepper, black 1 x tbsp, ground (6.9g)
  • 1 g Spices, thyme, dried 1 x tsp, ground (1.4g)
  • 1 g Spices, rosemary, dried 1 x tsp (1.2g)
  • 5 g Vinegar, balsamic 1 x tsp (5.3g)
  • 1 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking

Instructions

  • In heavy bottom, oven proof pan heat little olive oil and cook the tenderloin until brown from all sides.
  • Remove from the pan and season it with all the dry powders, herbs and vinegar.
  • Coat well with the marinade and pour any remaining oil and juices from the pan.
  • Preheat the oven to 450 F and bake the tenderloin for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Let it stand for 5 minutes inside the oven, then remove and cut into slices.
  • Serve with roasted vegetables.
