Ingredients for serving

  • 70 g Water 0.31 x 1 cup (224g)
  • 11.4 g Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year .. 0.13 x small whole (2-2/5" dia) (91g)
  • 170 g Crustaceans, shrimp, untreated, ..
  • 7.4 g Cold water 0.03 x cup (236g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 0.13 x dash (0.4g)
  • 1.1 g Chicken Bouillon Cube 0.38 x Cube (3.7g)
  • 7.5 g Soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
  • 4 g Cornstarch 0.03 x cup (128g)
  • 2.9 g Onions, young green, tops only 0.04 x cup chopped (71g)
  • 42 g Snow peas, trimmed 1.5 x ounce (28.34g)

Instructions

  • Take a large saucepan and heat 2 ½ cups of water in it.
  • Into the boiling water add chicken bouillon to dissolve in it
  • Now add shrimp, salt, soy sauce and green onion and continue boiling for a few more minutes.
  • Take some cold water and dissolve cornstarch in it. Add shrimp mixture and stir for a few seconds.
  • Cook the above mixture until sauce thickens.
  • Now add snow peas and tomatoes.
  • Serve hot
