Ingredients for serving

  • 15 g Spinach, raw 0.5 x cup (30g)
  • 0 g Salt, table
  • 184 g Oranges, raw, all commercial .. 1 x large (3-1/16" dia) (184g)
  • 58 g Bread, rye, toasted 2 x slice, large (29g)
  • 0 g Spices, pepper, black
  • 1 g Spices, curry powder 0.25 x tsp (2g)
  • 30 g Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
  • 30 g Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
  • 100 g Egg, whole, cooked, hard-boiled 2 x large (50g)

Instructions

  • Take a small bowl. Add eggs, pepper, salt, curry powder, bell pepper and yogurt in it. Stir all the ingredients.
  • Now take a rye bread and place spinach over it. After topping it with egg salad, serve the dish with oranges on the side.
