Ingredients for serving

  • 86 g Couscous, cooked 1 x oz, dry, yields (86g)
  • 10 g Onions, raw 1 x tbsp chopped (10g)
  • 30 g Lime juice, raw 1 x fl oz (30.8g)
  • 10 g Almond Nut 1 x gram (10g)
  • 85 g Fish, tuna, light, canned in .. 1 x oz (85g)
  • 19 g Raspberries, raw 1 x raspberries (19g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 2 g Spices, pepper, black 1 x tsp, ground (2.3g)
  • 12 g Strawberries, raw 1 x medium (1-1/4" dia) (12g)
  • 567 g Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened 1 x package (20 oz) (567g)

Instructions

  • Toss the almonds in skillet for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
  • Mix together lime juice, onions, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Add cooked couscous, tuna chunks, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and almond, mix well to combine all.
  • Serve or pack in the box for a healthy lunch.
