Chicken Stir Fry With Peanut Butter

Ingredients for serving

  • 100 g Chicken breast, low fat 1 x fillet (100g)
  • 16 g Peanut butter, smooth style, .. 0.5 x tbsp (32g)
  • 61 g Tomatoes, crushed, canned 0.5 x cup (121g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 14 g Onions, raw 1 x slice, medium (1/8" thick) (14g)
  • 6 g Onions, young green, tops only 1 x tbsp (6g)
  • 2 g Spices, paprika 1 x tsp (2.3g)
  • 1 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking
  • 112 g Water 0.5 x 1 cup (224g)

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken breast in small pieces with the help of a sharp knife.
  • Saute onion with olive oil in a pan.
  • Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes until brown.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, tomato puree, paprika and peanut butter, mix well.
  • Add water and bring to a boil.
  • Cover and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
  • Add salt, cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and serve hot topped with green onions
