Instructions

In a bowl, beat egg and a little salt.

Combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and oregano in a bowl.

Dip the chicken into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumbs.

Warm oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook about 3 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Spoon 1 tbsp sauce over each piece of chicken and top each with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake until cheese is melted.
