Chicken and rice to go

Ingredients for serving

  • 100 g Multi grain rice, cooked 1 x unit (100g)
  • 40 g Chicken breast, oven-roasted, .. 0.4 x 100g
  • 36 g Broccoli, cooked, boiled, .. 0.2 x stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (180g)
  • 20 g Bell pepper (green/yellow/red) 0.2 x unit (100g)

Instructions

  • Boil the rice as instructed on the packaging
  • Slice the chicken and roast in a pan till all sides are golden brown
  • Slice the bell pepper and quickly roast in the pan with the chicken
  • Boil the broccoli for a few minutes in some water with a pinch of salt
  • Let it all cool down and then mix in a large bowl
  • Eat at home or take with you to work, maybe add some soy sauce or hot sauce for some extra flavour
