Broccoli feta pasta

Ingredients for serving

  • 125 g Broccoli, raw 1.25 x 100g
  • 25 g Cheese, feta 0.25 x 100g
  • 40 g Onions, raw 0.25 x cup, chopped (160g)
  • 1.5 g Garlic, raw 0.5 x clove (3g)
  • 3.3 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 0.25 x tablespoon (13.5g)
  • 2.5 g Lemon juice, raw 0.5 x wedge yields (5.9g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 0.25 x dash (0.4g)
  • 0 g Spices, pepper, black 0.25 x dash (0.1g)
  • 100 g Chicken breast, oven-roasted, .. 1 x 100g
  • 100 g Whole Wheat Pasta 1 x unit (100g)

Instructions

  • Cook the broccoli in a pan, steamer or microwave until tender (I prefer the steamer, more of the vitamins are preserved)
  • Boil the pasta until done
  • Saute the garlic and the onion for a couple of minutes and take half of the mixture out of the pan with one tbsp of olive oil
  • Add the diced chicken to the mixture in the pan and cook until done
  • Mix the half of the onion/garlic you took out of the pan, with the broccoli, salt pepper, tbsp of olive oil, crumbled feta and the lemon juice
  • Use mix or blender to mix until smooth, add salt and pepper to taste
  • Mix with the chicken and boiled pasta and serve!
