Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit. And prepare a baking dish.

Clean and wash the shrimps and pat dry with kitchen towel.

In a non stick pan sauté onion and garlic with little oil until translucent.

Add tomatoes, wine, salt, dill weed fresh and pepper, cover and cook the sauce until thick.

When the sauce is thick remove from the heat.

In the baking dish place a layer of cooked quinoa, then arrange shrimps on it and pour the tomato sauce over the shrimps.

Sprinkle crumble feta cheese on top and dust with some dill weed (dried).

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the shrimps are cooked. Serve hot.
