Baked Cod with Roasted Red Pepper Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients for serving

  • 0.3 g Garlic pepper seasoning
  • 42.5 g Roasted red pepper
  • 53.3 g Fish, cod, Atlantic, dried and .. 0.63 x oz (85g)
  • 35 g Horseradish sauce
  • 1.5 g Sauce, worcestershire
  • 3.8 g Crushed Cajun-Seasoned Snack Mix 0.25 x cup (15g)

Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 190 degrees C
  • Add roasted red peppers, Worcestershire sauce, and horseradish sauce into a food processor. Ensure you get a smooth mixture.
  • Take a baking dish and pour a quarter-cup roasted red pepper sauce into it.
  • Now place the fish in the above dish and sprinkle a small amount of garlic pepper over it.
  • Then add the remaining sauce over the fish just enough to cover it.
  • Now sprinkle little Cajun snack mix over the fillet.
  • Now bake the fish in the oven for about 25 min.
  • Serve hot
