Instructions

Set the oven temperature to 190 degrees C

Add roasted red peppers, Worcestershire sauce, and horseradish sauce into a food processor. Ensure you get a smooth mixture.

Take a baking dish and pour a quarter-cup roasted red pepper sauce into it.

Now place the fish in the above dish and sprinkle a small amount of garlic pepper over it.

Then add the remaining sauce over the fish just enough to cover it.

Now sprinkle little Cajun snack mix over the fillet.

Now bake the fish in the oven for about 25 min.
