Artichoke And Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients for serving

  • 84 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 x cup (3 oz)
  • 28.4 g Artichoke hearts 1 x ounce (oz)
  • 8.5 g Whole Wheat Pasta 0.3 x ounce (oz)
  • 14.2 g Broccoli, cooked, boiled, .. 0.5 x ounce (oz)
  • 14.2 g Bell pepper (green/yellow/red) 0.5 x ounce (oz)
  • 14.2 g Pesto, red or green 0.5 x ounce (oz)
  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0 oz)
  • 14.2 g Water 0.5 x ounce (oz)

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta as directed on the box.
  • Meanwhile heat a large pan over medium heat. Add artichoke hearts, broccoli, bell pepper, pesto and water. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in shrimps and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add cooked pasta and salt.Coat the pasta in the sauce.
  • Remove from the heat and serve hot.
