Spicy Frozen Bloody Mary

Ingredients for serving

  • 180 g Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year .. 1 x cup, chopped or sliced (180g)
  • 27 g Alcoholic beverage, distilled, .. 1 x fl oz (27.8g)
  • 2.5 g Sauce, worcestershire
  • 100.5 g Cucumber, peeled, raw 0.5 x medium (201g)
  • 8.5 g Celery, raw 0.5 x stalk, small (5" long) (17g)
  • 1.5 g Olives, ripe, canned .. 0.5 x small (3.2g)
  • 1.5 g Salt, table 0.25 x tsp (6g)
  • 15 g Lemon juice, raw 0.5 x fl oz (30.5g)
  • 61 g HEALTHY REQUEST Tomato juice 0.25 x oz (243g)
  • 15 g Sriracha

Instructions

  • Take a baking sheet and spread cucumber and tomatoes over it. Keep it in the fridge for at least 45 minutes or until they are completely frozen.
  • Add mix frozen vegetables, salt, Worcestershire sauce, sriracha, lemon juice and tomato juice into a blender. Blend the ingredients so that you will get a smooth, consistent mixture. If the mixture is too cold, keep it aside to bring it to the room temperature.
  • Add little vodka into the processor and process once more time. Transfer the contents into 2 glasses and garnish them with celery and olives just before serving.
