  • 37 g Blueberries, raw 0.25 x cup (148g)
  • 36 g Strawberries, raw 2 x large (1-3/8" dia) (18g)
  • 68 g Bananas, raw 0.5 x large (8" to 8-7/8" long) (136g)
  • 85 g Ice cubes 1 x piece (85g)
  • 34 g Yogurt, vanilla flavor, lowfat .. 0.2 x container (170g)
  • 4 g Vanilla extract 1 x tsp (4g)
  • 123 g Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% .. 0.5 x cup (246g)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in the blender and process until you get a smooth and consistent mixture.
  • Transfer the contents into a tall glass and serve chilled.
