  • 243 g Soymilk, original and vanilla, .. 1 x cup (243g)
  • 36 g Peanut butter, smooth, reduced .. 1 x tablespoon (36g)
  • 21 g Vanilla Protein Powder 1 x scoop (21g)
  • 101 g Bananas, raw 1 x small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (101g)

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into the blender jar and blends until smooth.
  • Use ice cubes for thicker consistency.
  • Pour in the glass and drink.
