Ingredients for serving

  • 10 g Beet, Beetroot, Raw 1 x slice, chopped, cubed, whole (10g)
  • 128 g Carrots, raw 1 x cup chopped (128g)
  • 64 g Celery, raw 1 x stalk, large (11"-12" long) (64g)

Instructions

  • Wash all the vegetables in running water.
  • Peel and cut the top of the carrot and beetroot.
  • Slice all the vegetables, put into the blender and blend well.
