  • 369 g Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% .. 1.5 x cup (8.7 oz)
  • 13 g Vanilla extract 1 x tbsp (0.5 oz)
  • 13 g Oil, flaxseed, cold pressed 1 x tbsp (0.5 oz)
  • 32 g Peanut butter, smooth style, .. 1 x tbsp (1.1 oz)
  • 20 g Old fashioned rolled oats 0.5 x 1/2 cup (1.4 oz)
  • 595 g Ice cubes 7 x piece (3 oz)
  • 62 g Optimum Nutrition - 100% Whey .. 2 x Rounded Scoop (32g) (1.1 oz)
  • 118 g Bananas, raw 1 x medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (4.2 oz)

Instructions

  • Start blending all of your ingredients except the ice on high. Once mixed, turn the blender to medium and add your ice cubes until desired consistency.
