Instructions

In a large pot add cloves, cinnamon sticks and corn. Bring them to boil with water.

Then reduce the heat and allow it to simmer for at least half an hour.

Now remove the drink mixture from heat and strain it using a mesh to eliminate spices and corn.

Then add sugar and lemon juice into the chicha and stir it until all sugar has dissolved.

Keep the chicha in a fridge

Just before serving, add apple and chopped pineapple and a few ice cubes
