Ingredients for serving

  • 10 g Almond Nut 1 x gram (10g)
  • 246 g Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% .. 1 x cup (246g)
  • 118 g Bananas, raw 1 x medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (118g)
  • 1 g Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia .. 1 x 1 packet (1g)
  • 21 g Vanilla Protein Powder 1 x scoop (21g)

Instructions

  • Soak the almonds in water a night before, it will help in grinding and form a smooth paste.
  • Put soaked almonds, banana and little milk in the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Then add protein powder, remaining milk and sweetener to blend for 30 seconds.
  • Add ice cubes if needed and drink.
