  • 42.5 g Ice cubes 0.5 x piece (85g)
  • 17.5 g Dymatize Elite 100% Whey Protein 0.5 x scoop (35g)
  • 37.5 g Bananas, raw 0.25 x cup, sliced (150g)
  • 127.5 g Strawberries, frozen, sweetened,.. 0.5 x cup, thawed (255g)
  • 61.3 g Yogurt, plain, low fat, 12 grams.. 0.25 x cup (8 fl oz) (245g)

Instructions
