Ingredients for serving

  • 50 g Aroy D Coconut milk 0.5 x cup (100g)
  • 30 g Gold Standard Chocolate Whey 1 x scoop (30g)
  • 6.9 g Sweetener, syrup, agave 1 x tsp (6.9g)
  • 9.5 g Raspberries, raw 0.5 x raspberries (19g)
  • 34 g Blueberries, raw 0.5 x berries (68g)
  • 81 g Bananas, raw 1 x extra small (less than 6" long) (81g)

Instructions

  • We need chilled coconut milk for this recipe, so refrigerate the coconut milk for 30 minutes before making the dessert.
  • Put chilled coconut milk, chopped banana, protein powder and agave nectar in a blending jar and blend for 30 seconds.
  • Pour in a bowl and stir in berries, serve chilled.
