Ingredients for serving

  • 448 g Water 2 x 1 cup (224g)
  • 26.3 g Syrups, maple 0.08 x cup (315g)
  • 40.7 g Lemon juice, raw 0.17 x cup (244g)
  • 75.5 g ginger, peeled and chopped 2.67 x 1 oz (28.3g)

Instructions

  • Boil Maple syrup, ginger and water in a saucepan.
  • Stir the mixture occasionally until it is reduced to half.
  • Remove the mixture from heat. Add lemon juice and stir the mixture.
  • Filter the mixture using a sieve to discard solids.
  • Allow the mixture to cool.
  • Serve chilled.
