  • 186 g Kiwifruit, gold, raw 1 x cup, sliced (186g)
  • 242 g Soy Milk 1 x cup (242g)
  • 21 g Vanilla Protein Powder 1 x scoop (21g)
  • 6 g Sweetener, syrup, agave 1 x tsp (6.9g)
  • 85 g Ice cubes 1 x piece (85g)

Instructions

  • Peel and cut the kiwi fruit.
  • Put soymilk, kiwi fruit, protein powder and sweetener into the blender and blend well until smooth.
  • Pour in the glass, add ice cubes and serve immediately.
