Ingredients for serving

  • 38.8 g Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened 0.25 x cup, unthawed (155g)
  • 59 g Bananas, raw 0.5 x medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (118g)
  • 64.5 g Kiwifruit, gold, raw 0.75 x fruit (86g)
  • 85 g Ice cubes 1 x piece (85g)
  • 0.3 g Almond Extract 0.06 x tsp (5.2g)
  • 15.8 g Honey 0.75 x tbsp (21g)
  • 61.3 g Yogurt, plain, low fat, 12 grams.. 0.25 x cup (8 fl oz) (245g)

Instructions

  • Add kiwi fruit, almond extract, honey and yogurt in a blender and blend until all the ingredients are mixed thoroughly
  • Pour the mixture into a glass containing some ice and serve immediately
