Ingredients for serving

  • 170 g Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat 1 x container (170g)
  • 246 g Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% .. 1 x cup (246g)
  • 136 g Bananas, raw 1 x large (8" to 8-7/8" long) (136g)
  • 21 g Vanilla Protein Powder 1 x scoop (21g)

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients – almond milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder and banana into a blender.
  • Blend for 30 seconds.
  • Transfer into a glass and drink.
