  • 237 g Coffee, brewed from grounds, .. 1 x cup (8 fl oz) (8.3 oz)
  • 113.6 g Soy Milk 4 x ounce (oz)
  • 30 g Gold Standard Chocolate Whey 1 x scoop (1.1 oz)

Instructions

  • Brew Coffee and allow to cool
  • Pour 8 -12 oz of coffee into blender bottle
  • add whey protein
  • add soy milk till full
