Ingredients for serving

  • 1 g Spices, cinnamon, ground
  • 136 g Bananas, raw 1 x large (8" to 8-7/8" long) (136g)
  • 4.2 g Vanilla extract 1 x tsp (4.2g)
  • 50 g Egg, whole, raw, fresh 1 x large (50g)
  • 29.4 g Sugars, granulated 7 x tsp (4.2g)
  • 247 g Milk, fluid, nonfat, calcium .. 1 x cup (247g)

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine sugar, egg, vanilla extract, milk and banana.
  • Blend the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture into a tall glass and top it with ground cinnamon.
  • Serve chilled.
