Ingredients for serving

  • 101 g Bananas, raw 1 x small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (101g)
  • 11.3 g agave nectar 0.75 x 1 tbsp (15g)
  • 46.5 g Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened 0.3 x cup, unthawed (155g)
  • 245 g Yogurt, plain, low fat, 12 grams.. 1 x cup (8 fl oz) (245g)

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender and process until you get a smooth and consistent mixture.
  • Transfer the contents to a tall glass and serve chilled.
