Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Sautee your ground turkey, garlic, chili powder, and cayenne pepper in a pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
When the turkey is almost finished, stir in the black beans and salsa.
Cut the tortilla into 4 equally sized wedges. Distribute the turkey mixture amongst the 4 pieces. Roll each up, using a toothpick to hold them together.
Place the 4 taquitos on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 400F for 15-17 minutes, or until crispy. This will change a bit depending on what kind of tortilla you use.
Remove the toothpicks. Serve with plain greek yogurt and avocado. More salsa would also be a great pair!
