Instructions

Heat the grill to the required temperature.

In a bowl, combine canola mayonnaise, lemon rind, lemon juice, black pepper and garlic. Spread this mixture evenly across the bread slices.

Top each bread slice with cheese, watercress, turkey and the remaining bread slices.

After coating the grill with cooking spray, arrange the sandwiches in pan. Now press the sandwiches using a heavy pan.

Repeat the above procedure with the remaining sandwiches.
