Ingredients for serving

  • 0 g Oil, PAM cooking spray, original 0.25 x spray , about 1/3 second (1 NLEA serving) (0g)
  • 28 g Cheese, provolone, reduced fat 1 x slice (28g)
  • 17 g Watercress, raw 0.5 x cup, chopped (34g)
  • 56 g Turkey, light or dark meat, .. 2 x oz, boneless (28g)
  • 46 g Bread, reduced-calorie, white 2 x slice (23g)
  • 0.8 g Garlic, raw 0.25 x clove (3g)
  • 7 g canola mayonnaise 0.5 x 1 tbsp (14g)
  • 0 g Spices, pepper, black 0.25 x dash (0g)

Instructions

  • Heat the grill to the required temperature.
  • In a bowl, combine canola mayonnaise, lemon rind, lemon juice, black pepper and garlic. Spread this mixture evenly across the bread slices.
  • Top each bread slice with cheese, watercress, turkey and the remaining bread slices.
  • After coating the grill with cooking spray, arrange the sandwiches in pan. Now press the sandwiches using a heavy pan.
  • Repeat the above procedure with the remaining sandwiches.
  • Serve hot.
