Instructions

Set the oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Take a bowl. Combine onion, the turkey, bread crumbs, parsley, spinach, salt, pepper, egg white and mustard in it.

Form a loaf of 10-inch by spreading the above mixture over a baking sheet.

Spread ketchup over the loaf and bake for about 50 minutes.

In the meantime, place the potatoes in a large pot containing water. Now bring the water to boil.

Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Now drain out the water. Add buttermilk, salt, pepper and oil in the pot and mash.

Use marinara sauce and potatoes while serving the meat loaf.
