Tasty Salmon Noodle

Ingredients for serving

  • 99 g Fish, salmon, Atlantic, wild, .. 0.5 x fillet (198g)
  • 12 g Soy sauce made from soy (tamari) 2 x tsp (6g)
  • 2.5 g Vinegar, balsamic 0.5 x tsp (5.3g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 0.5 x dash (0.4g)
  • 16.5 g Egg, white, raw, fresh 0.5 x large (33g)
  • 5 g Wheat flour, whole-grain, soft ..
  • 3 g Garlic, raw 1 x clove (3g)
  • 0.5 g Spices, ginger, ground 0.5 x tsp (1.8g)
  • 3 g Onions, spring or scallions .. 0.5 x tbsp chopped (6g)
  • 15 g Lemon juice, raw 0.5 x fl oz (30.5g)
  • 6 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 1.5 x tsp (4.5g)
  • 1 g Spices, chili powder 0.5 x tsp (2.7g)
  • 76 g Noodles, egg, dry, unenriched 2 x cup (38g)
  • 182 g Broccoli, raw 2 x cup chopped (91g)

Instructions

  • Prepare the fish as describer here: http://www.bulkbites.com/bodybuildingrecipes/snack-chili-fish-518
  • NOTE: Instead of garlic powder I used 1 clove of garlic chopped finely, instead of cornstarch I used wheat flour.
  • Chop the brocolli and cook for 5 minutes in boiling water
  • Cook the noodles according to description on package
  • In a large skillet heat up 2 tsp of olive oil and add 1 chopped garlic clove
  • Add broccoli together with 3 tsp of soy sauce and mix
  • When the broccoli is done (still needs to taste crisp though), add the noodles
  • At the end add the fish and serve!
