Sriracha Chicken & Veggie Gyro

Ingredients for serving

  • 142 g Chicken breast, low fat 5 x ounce (oz)
  • 64 g Bread, pita, whole-wheat 1 x pita, large (6-1/2" dia) (2.3 oz)
  • 14.2 g Cheese, goat, soft type 0.5 x ounce (oz)
  • 50 g Mixed Salad Greens 1 x cup (1.8 oz)
  • 28.4 g Grape Tomatoes 1 x ounce (oz)
  • 28.4 g Onion, red, raw 1 x ounce (oz)

Instructions

  • Spray a nonstick skillet with oil and set on medium heat.
  • Use garlic paste and fresh ground pepper to season the chicken breasts.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook. Slice the breasts into pieces, weigh out 150g and then set aside.
  • Place the pita bread in the microwave or hot oven for about 45 seconds in order to soften it.
  • Build your epic gyro.
  • Add sriracha yogurt dressing and the rest of the ingredients. Top with goat cheese.
  • Fold or roll the gyro and either place in foil or in a snack bag in order to prevent it from leaking.
