Instructions
Set the oven temperature to 350 degree Celsius.
Take a small bowl and add egg white, 2 tbsp pesto and ricotta. Stir well.
Place a skillet over medium flame and heat 1 tbsp water in it. Now cook spinach for a couple of minutes or until it wilts.
Then spread 2 tbsp pesto in a baking dish. Add 6 wontons on top of pesto. Now spread half portion of ricotta on top of wontons. Sprinkle a dash of pepper over wontons.
Now place the remaining wontons over the sprinkled peppers. Then add ricotta mixture, remaining peppers and spinach over the wontons. Sprinkle with little parmesan and mozzarella over the dish. Use a foil for covering the dish.
Place lasagna in an oven and bake it. Once all the cheese has melted, leave it alone for a few minutes. Cut the dish into 6 equal portions and serve immediately.
