Instructions

  • For the puree: Cook potatoes for about 15 minutes until soft
  • Crush and add butter, salt, pepper and milk
  • In the meanwhile: add olive oil in a large skillet, cook chopped onion and garlic
  • Add spices and red pepper
  • Stir in the endive and cook for around 3 minutes
  • Mix the puree and andive mixture, add salt to taste
