Instructions

Take a large pot containing salted water and cook pasta in it.

Shave the asparagus into thin slices.

Set aside a small bowl containing ½ cup pasta water.

Drain the pasta and add lemon zest and shaved asparagus into the pot with pasta.

Now add lemon juice and butter. After seasoning it with salt and pepper, toss it up.

If the mixture is too thick, add a little bit of pasta water and stir.

Just before serving, top it by using Parmesan.
