Instructions

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile heat the oil in a saucepan. Add garlic, shallots, ginger and chili. Cook for 1 minute.

Pour in the chicken stock and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the prawns, fish sauce, vinegar and mushrooms. Let it simmer for 5 more minutes.

Add cooked noodles, salt and cilantro. Stir well and remove from the heat.

Serve hot.
