Ingredients for serving

  • 14 g LOUIS RICH, Turkey Breast (oven .. 0.25 x serving (56g)
  • 43.1 g Turkey ham, sliced, extra lean, .. 0.31 x cup pieces (138g)
  • 2.5 g Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw 0.13 x sprigs (20g)
  • 21 g dill pickle 3 x 1 slice (7g)
  • 11 g Pork, cured, bacon, pre-sliced, .. 1 x slice (11g)
  • 56 g Cheese, swiss, low fat 2 x slice (1 oz) (28g)
  • 7.5 g Mustard, prepared, yellow 1.5 x tsp or 1 packet (5g)
  • 28 g Hawaiian roll 1 x 1 roll (28g)
  • 0.8 g Garlic, raw 0.25 x clove (3g)
  • 1 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 0.25 x tsp (4g)

Instructions

  • Combine garlic and oil.
  • Spread mustard on the cut sides of rolls. Now place 2 bacon halves, 1 cheese slice, ½ tsp cilantro and 3 pickle slices at the bottom of each roll. Then divide turkey and ham evenly among the halves of rolls. Top each serving with a slice of cheese and top half of roll.
  • Brush the outside of rolls with garlic.
  • Heat a large pan on medium heat. Place 2 sandwiches on the pan and press them using a heavy pan. Now cook the sandwiches for at least 3 minutes or until the cheese in them melts and bread gets roasted.
  • Repeat the above procedure with the remaining sandwiches. Serve hot.
