Instructions
Take a deep, large skillet and place the bacon in it. Cover the bacon and cook it under medium heat for a few minutes or until it turns brown. Then remove the skillet from the heat and set aside the bacon.
Keep searing the pork chop until both the sides become brown.
Take a skillet and add pork chops, potato slices and onion into it. Then add water into it. After covering the skillet, allow it to boil.
After boiling, reduce the heat and cook the ingredients further under low heat for about half an hour.
Now sprinkle with pepper and salt and serve immediately.
