Instructions

  • Take a deep, large skillet and place the bacon in it. Cover the bacon and cook it under medium heat for a few minutes or until it turns brown. Then remove the skillet from the heat and set aside the bacon.
  • Keep searing the pork chop until both the sides become brown.
  • Take a skillet and add pork chops, potato slices and onion into it. Then add water into it. After covering the skillet, allow it to boil.
  • After boiling, reduce the heat and cook the ingredients further under low heat for about half an hour.
  • Now sprinkle with pepper and salt and serve immediately.
