Pan-Grilled Flank Steak with Chermoula

Ingredients for serving

  • 2.2 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 0.17 x tablespoon (13g)
  • 10 g Parsley, fresh 0.17 x cup chopped (60g)
  • 3 g Garlic, raw 0.33 x cloves (9g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 0.17 x dash (0g)
  • 0 g Spices, pepper, red or cayenne 0.04 x tsp (1g)
  • 5 g Lime juice, raw 0.17 x fl oz (30g)
  • 0.1 g Spices, coriander seed 0.08 x tsp (1g)
  • 0.7 g Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw 0.17 x cup (4g)
  • 0 g Oil, PAM cooking spray, original 0.17 x spray , about 1/3 second (1 NLEA serving) (0g)
  • 79.8 g Beef, flank, steak, separable .. 0.21 x steak (yield from 475 g raw meat) (383g)

Instructions

  • Add parsley, cilantro, paprika, lime juice, beef broth, cumin, olive oil, salt, red pepper, garlic cloves and coriander in a blender and process until you get a fine mixture.
  • To prepare steak, sprinkle a bit of salt and black pepper over steak. Heat a pan over medium heat and coat it with cooking spray. Cook for a few minutes. Then keep it aside for at least 5 minutes.
  • Cut steak diagonally into thin slices. Serve with sauce immediately.
