Instructions
Add parsley, cilantro, paprika, lime juice, beef broth, cumin, olive oil, salt, red pepper, garlic cloves and coriander in a blender and process until you get a fine mixture.
To prepare steak, sprinkle a bit of salt and black pepper over steak. Heat a pan over medium heat and coat it with cooking spray. Cook for a few minutes. Then keep it aside for at least 5 minutes.
Cut steak diagonally into thin slices. Serve with sauce immediately.
