Ingredients for serving

  • 14 g Whole wheat lasgna noodles
  • 56.7 g Beef, ground, 95% lean meat / 5%.. 0.67 x serving (3 oz) (85g)
  • 53.6 g Sauce, pasta, .. 0.21 x cup (257g)
  • 18.3 g Spinach, frozen, chopped or .. 0.08 x package (10 oz) yields (220g)
  • 24.2 g Cheese, cottage, nonfat, .. 0.17 x cup (not packed) (145g)
  • 17.5 g Mushrooms, white, raw 0.25 x cup, pieces or slices (70g)
  • 22 g Egg, white, raw, fresh 0.67 x large (33g)
  • 9.4 g Cheese, mozzarella, nonfat 0.08 x cup, shredded (113g)

Instructions

  • Cook ground beef until it turns brown
  • Prepare noodles as directed by its manufacturer
  • Take a pan measuring 9” *13” and spray cooking spray.
  • Add 1-2 tbsp of spaghetti sauce at the bottom section of the pan
  • Except for mozzarella cheese, mix all other ingredients
  • Transfer half portion of noodles into a tray and top it with the cheese mixture
  • Then add remaining portions of noodles and again top it with remaining cheese mixture
  • Then top this with fat free cheese
  • Start baking this mixture for at least 40 minutes at 350 degrees
