Ingredients for serving

  • 170.4 g Beef, flank, steak, separable .. 6 x ounce (oz)
  • 19.1 g Soy sauce made from soy and .. 0.08 x cup (9 oz)
  • 25 g Stevia, natural sweetener, .. 0.25 x unit (3.5 oz)
  • 25 g Onions, spring or scallions .. 0.25 x cup, chopped (3.5 oz)
  • 5 g Minced garlic 1 x 1 tsp (0.2 oz)
  • 5 g sesame seeds 0.5 x 1 tablespoon (0.4 oz)
  • 3.3 g Oil, sesame, salad or cooking 0.25 x tablespoon (0.5 oz)
  • 0.3 g Spices, pepper, black 0.13 x tsp (0.1 oz)

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, stevia, scallions, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and ground black pepper. Mix well.
  • Place the beef in a large ziplock bag or container, pour the soy sauce marinade over it and seal. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Lightly coat a large skillet in cooking spray and place over high heat. Add the beef and sauté until cooked through, 1 – 2 minutes per side.
