Horseradish And Apple Sauce Glazed Salmon

Ingredients for serving

  • 198 g Fish, salmon, Atlantic, wild, .. 1 x fillet (198g)
  • 15 g Horseradish, prepared 1 x tbsp (15g)
  • 15 g Applesauce, canned, sweetened, ..
  • 15 g Rice wine vinegar 1 x tbsp (15.0g)
  • 4.5 g Oil, olive, salad or cooking 1 x tsp (4.5g)
  • 3 g Chives, raw 1 x tbsp chopped (3g)
  • 0.4 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 6.9 g Spices, pepper, black 1 x tbsp, ground (6.9g)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit (190 degree Celcius) .
  • Combine apple sauce, horseradish, chives, vinegar and oil in a bowl and whisk together.
  • Season the fillet with salt and pepper from all sides.
  • Place the fish in a baking pan and drizzle the sauce over it.
  • Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the fish is completely opaque.
  • Remove from the oven and serve along the sauce.
