Ingredients for serving

  • 86 g Fish, tuna, white, canned in .. 0.5 x can (172g)
  • 100 g Pangasius fillet 1 x unit (100g)
  • 55.1 g Cheese, cottage, nonfat, .. 0.38 x cup (not packed) (145g)
  • 63 g Flat Lasagna Pasta uncooked 0.63 x unit (100g)
  • 124 g HEALTHY REQUEST, Tomato Soup, .. 1 x serving 1/2 cup (124g)
  • 52.5 g Mushrooms, white, raw 0.75 x cup, pieces or slices (70g)
  • 28.3 g Cheese, low fat, cheddar or .. 0.25 x cup, shredded (113g)
  • 14.8 g Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% .. 0.06 x cup (246g)
  • 55 g Onions, raw 0.5 x medium (2-1/2" dia) (110g)
  • 1.9 g Brown Sugar 0.13 x tbsp (14.3g)
  • 0.8 g Spices, italian style
  • 27 g Cheese, swiss, low fat 0.25 x cup, shredded (108g)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven (180C or 350F)
  • Chop the onions and mushrooms, and slice the pangasius into flakes
  • Saute the onions and add the mushrooms and pangasius
  • Cook for about 5 minutes and add tomato soup, sugar, italian spices (or basil and oregano) and tuna
  • Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • In the meanwhile mix milk with cheddar and cottage cheese
  • When the fish mixture is done, spray oven dish with cooking spray
  • Spoon in a layer of fish mixture, follow with lasagna sheets
  • Then add a layer of the cottage cheese mixture, and repeat layers
  • End with layer of fish mixture and top of with shredded cheese
  • Put in the oven for 35-40 minutes
