Easy Orange Chops

Ingredients for serving

  • 170.4 g Pork, fresh, loin, blade (chops .. 6 x ounce (oz)
  • 1.5 g Salt, table 0.25 x tsp (0.2 oz)
  • 0.5 g Spices, pepper, black 0.25 x tsp (0.1 oz)
  • 78.1 g Tangerines, (mandarin oranges), .. 2.75 x ounce (oz)
  • 0.3 g Spices, cloves, ground 0.13 x tsp (0.1 oz)

Instructions

  • Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the chops, press into the meat. Coat a large skillet in cooking spray and place over medium-high heat.
  • Place the chops in the pan and brown on both sides. Pour the oranges over top and sprinkle with the cloves. Cover with a tight fitting lid and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 20 – 25 minutes, or until meat reaches desired doneness.
